The Training and Placement Department interacts round the year with corporate houses to explore the possibility of training and job placement of P. G. Moze students. A large number of Multi-national and reputed companies including Government Sector agencies, have been the regular visitors for campus placement in the college. The college has more than adequate infrastructure for conducting online/offline technical tests for the companies. P.G.Moze also organizes Campus Drives which are open to students of MOZE Group of colleges and other institutions.

Training And Placement Cell

The Training and Placement cell of Parvatibai Genba Moze College of Engineering, Pune handles campus placement drives of B.E graduate students of all our campuses.TP cell is established to make our students innovative and research oriented. Here special training is provided to students with special interests to motivate their research capabilities. They are encouraged to develop their own logic, design the experiment and come out with the result. The Placement cell provides complete support to the students & visiting companies at every stage of placement process. Soft’s skill training is provided to the student foe enhancing oral and written communication as per the industry requirements.

Placement Policies

PREAMBLE:

It is our endeavor to give appropriate profiles, desired locations and good pay packages to all our students of the RGI. Good Placement is an outcome of the joint efforts of the PG MOZE COE Career Foundation Team and commitment & caliber of the students. The Institute shall extend all possible support to the students in this aspect. However, the students must adhere to all rules and regulations and deadlines to maximize the chances of their getting placed.

Although, we would not like to initiate any disciplinary action against any of our students, if in case a student fails to fulfill the requirements as laid down below, we may have to initiate disciplinary action in the interest of the rest of the students and in the long term interest of the institute’s relations with the corporate.

The placement department brings about the synergy between the students & their mentors, who have exposure & access to the industrial avenues. as per convenience of students and recruiters. On the one hand, students are presented with an opportunity to leverage their relevant work experience and join companies at higher levels, and on the other hand, companies get to recruit students who could be inducted directly without intensive training.

Rules And Regulations:

The eligibility criteria for students for placement assistance are mentioned hereunder:

  • 75% attendance is a must for the students seeking placement assistance by the Institute.
  • Only students with an excellent academic achievement throughout will be given placement assistance by the institute.
Campus Recruitment Process

Introduction:

The PGMozeCOE shall liaise with recruiters and organize the Campus Recruitment process on the “MOZE Campus” or as a part of a “Pool-in” Campus.

Eligibility:

Eligibility at the Institute Level:

  • Students with minimum 85% attendance are eligible for placements.
  • Students need to submit an undertaking as per format of to enroll for the CRP.
  • Only those students whose names appear in the Placement List and have given the undertaking within the stipulated time frame are eligible for placements.
  • All details of the students are incorporated in the placement List, provided the students submit their information within the given time frame.

  • Eligibility at the Recruiter’s Level:

    • The recruiter might stipulate certain eligibility criteria for their CRP. Students need to meet the same.
    • Every student should show his/her willingness to participate in placement activities voluntarily.

Internal Communication Protocol:

  • The PGMozeCOE will communicate the Recruiters requirements, time line and other instructions through T & P Coordinator’s/ individual email / group email / e groups and through SMS.
  • Hard copy notices of Recruiters requirements, time line and other instructions are displayed on the Placement Notice Board.
  • Students must check their e-mails at least twice a day for getting information related to placements.
  • Students must pass on the correct and working cell phone numbers to the Team and update new number time to time.
