Information Technology Intake

Information Technology discipline was started in 2006, intake capacity of IT is 60 students per year. The starting aim was to implement Engineering Graduate Programme in Information Technology.

IT is the area of managing technology and spans wide variety of areas that include but are not limited to things such as processes, computer software, information systems, computer hardware, programming languages and data constructs. In short, anything that renders data, information or perceived knowledge in any visual format whatsoever, via any multimedia distribution mechanism, is considered part of the domain space known as Information Technology (IT).

The course aims to create and nurture skilled manpower in the field of Information Technology and provides a platform for students to develop their critical and logical thinking which is very important for an Information Technology professional.

The aim of our accredited four year B.E. program is to enable students to acquire specialized scientific knowledge, as well as to provide a basis for their personal, social and cognitive development.
